Darren joined JCS in 2014 and has 23 years experience in program coordination, leadership, continuous & quality improvement and project management, having worked in various not-for profit organisations and local government across Victoria, SA and the ACT and as a self employed consultant prior to joining JCS.

Darren has tertiary qualifications in community development, community & health services management, leadership and change management.
Coordinator, Home & Community Support
Emmon joined JCS in 2014 and is responsible for client assessments, reviews, developing person centred support plans, and working closely with our Home & Community Support staff to ensure JCS promotes consumer directed care (CDC) and delivers high quality and person centred outcomes to our clients as part of the Increasing Choices in Home Care changes.

Emmon holds a Master in Social Work and is a trained and registered Easy Moves for Active Ageing (EMAA) Leader.
Finance & Business Support Officer
Yani joined JCS in 2015, initially as an administration support volunteer before moving to her role as Finance & Business Support Officer in January 2016.
Yani is responsible for all financial and business support functions here at JCS. This includes ensuring all invoices are processed, our vendors and suppliers are paid, staff payroll is processed, client invoicing, financial & reporting compliance and operational support to the JCS team.
“I am able to use my skills and knowledge, as well as challenge myself in areas that are new to me. I am always encouraged to be the best I can be and I get plenty of support to achieve my goals. It’s a pleasure to work for a community organisation with positive, caring and professional people”.
Yani has a Master of Business Accountancy as well as Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.
Social Inclusion & Engagement Facilitator
Na’ama commenced with JCS in 2004. As one of our longest serving employees, Na’ama delivers a range of quality in home and community support services to our clients. She has recently expanded her role to encompass social engagement & inclusion, which involves the planning and facilitation of all JCS’ active ageing programs and activities.
“I love experiencing the motivation and laughter of clients attending our diverse range of activities & programs. I think I have the luckiest job in the world where my skills and talents are recognised. JCS brings a fresh and innovative approach to providing services to our community, and I am proud to be part of such a passionate and dedicated team of staff & volunteers”.

Home & Community Support Worker
Tatyana is another of our longest serving employees, having been with JCS for 14 years. Tatyana delivers a range of quality in home and community support services to our clients and community members to enhance and maintain client independence and quality of life while living at home.
“I have learnt a lot in my role over the past 12 years. The opportunities I have been provided such as further training and development, has allowed me to keep up with the changes in the aged care sector”.
Tatyana has completed her Certificate III in Aged Care.
